We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a travel cot for our little one. The location was perfect, right in the centre of all the attractions and close to the beach area. It was also convenient for us as it was within walking distance of the train station. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including a full English breakfast. The staff even had toys in the breakfast room to keep the children entertained while we waited for our food. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were really welcoming and the room was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the town. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. Additionally, the hotel had free parking, which was a convenient bonus.

While the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall, there is room for improvement in terms of the blinds in the room. They were not heavy enough to completely block out the light, which made it a bit difficult to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grosvenor. the staff was welcoming and helpful, even carrying our luggage up the stairs to our room. the room itself was excellent, with a clean and comfortable bed, a TV, and tea and coffee-making facilities. the pyramid of milk was a nice touch, as we usually run out. the shower was great, and we appreciated the toiletries provided. the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and chatty. the hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and attractions.
