We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a travel cot for our little one. The location was perfect, right in the centre of all the attractions and close to the beach area. It was also convenient for us as it was within walking distance of the train station. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including a full English breakfast. The staff even had toys in the breakfast room to keep the children entertained while we waited for our food. we highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at the Grosvenor. The family room was fantastic, with separate bunk beds for the kids. The location was excellent, right by the pier, and the staff were nice and helpful.
