stayed for an exam, pleasantly surprised by the spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, and included breakfast at this Leeds inn. the room above the pub was quiet at night, with a refurbished interior to a high standard, and easy access to motorway and Leeds city centre.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our kids feel at home. the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel at ease, and the children enjoyed the entertainment options provided.

My wife says that a dedicated children's play area would have been a great addition for families with kids.
