Huge shower in our family room with helpful shower gel and shampoo dispensers. Friendly and professional owners who take pride in their establishment. Netflix on the TV for entertainment. Good insulation and fan in the room. Great for ferry travel with plenty of nearby parking.

Despite a slight chill in the room at first, the warm and cozy atmosphere made up for it. We were especially impressed by the unique and thoughtful furnishings throughout the hotel. And to top it off, the delicious breakfast provided a delightful start to our day. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The noise from the toilet was a bit bothersome, especially at night. the shower door was also a bit difficult to open from the inside.

Just a short stroll from the ferry/train terminal and city centre, the Haven is situated across from the water. the room was clean and lovely, with a TV offering Sky, Netflix, and more. There are plenty of cafes, bars, and a delightful fish and chippery within walking distance. the owners were warm-hearted and communicative, ensuring a pleasant stay.
