We had an amazing stay at The Hayden Pub & Rooms. The location is fantastic, in a great area of London that isn't too touristy but still easy to get to all the busy sights. The room was beautiful and spacious, with little touches like a complimentary welcome drink and fluffy robe and slippers. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks in the pub were of a very high standard. We also loved that there were shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The complimentary water, milk, and chocolates were a nice touch too.

The access to the rooms involved going through two tight doors and up several flights of steep, narrow stairs.

The location was great! Quiet neighborhood with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens and palace. Free water, milk, and chocolates provided. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great food and drinks.

As young people, we loved the lively atmosphere and convenient location near restaurants and stores. The rooms were small but impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. The pub served excellent food and the staff were friendly and kind. Free waters and chocolate in the fridge were a nice touch. The nearby tube stations made getting around London easy. a great experience.

I had a last minute request for a special surprise in the room for my boyfriend's birthday, and the staff at Hayden Pub & Rooms went above and beyond. They laid out beautiful roses on the bed and even gave us a complimentary glass of fizz. The service from everyone was friendly and professional, and the cocktails were delicious. The location is also excellent, close to the Bayswater Tube. The rooms were modern, clean, and had thoughtful touches like complimentary water, chocolate, and crisps. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is small, so there is no elevator. However, the staff was kind enough to help carry our bags upstairs.

We loved staying at this place! The location is fantastic, surrounded by expensive restaurants and vibrant areas. Being on top of a pub added a great atmosphere to our stay. The service was excellent, with attentive housekeeping ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the happy hour at the bar/lounge area. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The terrace was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing. the staff here went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to get around and see the sights. the room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as a coffee maker and a fridge full of complimentary snacks. the fluffy towels and robe were a nice touch, as were the complimentary Netflix and welcome drink.

I found the location of the hotel a bit inconvenient, especially when travelling at night. the aircon in the room was a bit tricky to operate, and we found it difficult to adjust the temperature to our liking.
