Some members of the staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive. the price of food in the restaurant is high compared to other places.

The location of this hostel was perfect, right in the middle of town and near the beach, restaurants, and port for tour activities. the staff were super friendly and attentive, always making sure that the guests were taken care of. the rooftop pool provided an epic location for sunset watching.

Late at night, the hostel could get extremely noisy due to loud music and people in the lobby. the bathrooms were not always the cleanest.

There were no curtains or privacy screens around the beds, which would have been nice for added privacy. the common areas were not the most social for solo travelers, so if you're looking to socialize, you might want to consider another hostel.
