I had a fantastic stay at the Imperial Hotel. The room was clean, warm, and spacious, and I got great value for my money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to the promenade and a tram stop right outside. I will definitely consider returning to the Imperial in the future.

I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel in Blackpool for a night. The service and staff were fantastic - I couldn't praise them enough. The building itself is beautiful and has a regal charm. It's impressive to know that famous guests like Queen Elizabeth, Winston Churchill, and Lady Thatcher have stayed here too. The location is convenient, with easy access to the tram stop. Parking was also hassle-free. a great experience.

The location is perfect, with the hotel right on the promenade and seafront, in the nicer part of town. Our room was huge, with comfy and clean beds and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and breakfast was lovely the following day. The beautiful decor and historical feel of the hotel added to its charm and grandeur, and parking was ample and reasonably priced.

There was some noise from the laundrette or kitchen nearby.

We recently stayed at Imperial Hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptional and the hotel itself was beautifully maintained and very clean. We had a small issue with the shower, but the staff quickly moved us to another room and even sent us a complimentary bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby that provided easy access to the entire area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - it truly is the best hotel in town.

The location was unbeatable with beautiful views over the sea, the service was exceptional with 24-hour room service and helpful housekeeping, and the room was fully equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, and a cozy sitting area. The terrace was a great spot to enjoy a welcome drink and unwind. The staff's effort was outstanding, from the cleaners to the top management, everyone made me feel at home.
