I stayed at a hotel recently that really surprised me in all the right ways. The interior of this place was so modern and fresh, with attention to detail in every corner. The rooms were large, well-appointed, and had every facility you could need, including a luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating. The staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable. The icing on the cake was the delicious breakfast, which was excellent value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. Secondly, the attention to detail was top-notch, especially in the rooms with their excellent shower facilities. Also, the location was ideal, right in the centre of town. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay.

The Inn is conveniently located near the centre of town, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. Additionally, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice selection of tea and toiletries provided. Despite the noise issue, the separate entrance and well-insulated rooms help maintain privacy for a peaceful stay.

One of the downsides of the Inn is the noise from the pub below, especially on busy nights.

Despite the unattractive exterior, the rooms inside The Inn @ Y-Not Thurso are of a very high specification, offering extreme comfort. The bathroom is also lovely and well-maintained. the location near the center of town provides easy access to various amenities and attractions. However, as mentioned in a review, there can be loud noise in the area at night due to a nearby pub, which may disturb light sleepers.

The exterior of the building may not be the most appealing, which could be a bit off-putting for some.

When doing the NC500 route, this hotel is in a great central location and the food is fantastic. The hotel facilities are very clean, and the parking is convenient. Transportation is easy as it is located in the middle of town.
