As young people, we absolutely loved the friendly and supportive staff, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent mattresses, and the fact that the pub downstairs didn't cause any noise disturbance. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with a variety of choices like ham, cheese, yogurt, juices. Moreover, the hotel's location, just a 2-minute walk from Ealing Broadway shopping center, was incredibly convenient.

Felt very happy, no complaints.

From the moment we arrived at Kings Arms Bed & Breakfast, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the surrounding area and the Broadway. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated having a car parking space. Although the building was old and had creaky floors, it did not affect our overall experience. we had a great value for money stay at Kings Arms Bed & Breakfast and would definitely book again.

In the evening, we experienced some noise due to the pub located downstairs.
