I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were efficient and helpful, and the double room I stayed in was comfortable and peaceful. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking and a nearby pub/restaurant serving real ale and delicious bar meals. The hotel is also close to the Abbey Sports Centre and a large Sainsbury's, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is just a short drive away from Birmingham city centre, passing by the QE hospital.

The experience in the bar/restaurant was really disappointing. the staff were not attentive at all and the service was extremely sloppy.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family with little ones and they provided travel cots. the hotel had a great location, conveniently situated near the attractions we wanted to visit. We even received a lovely surprise on Christmas Eve with chocolates and Christmas crackers on our bed.

The evening meals were overcooked, and the breakfast service was poor, with everything packed away and staff slow to respond. the breakfast area lacked cleanliness, with the cleaning lady vacuuming around guests as they ate.

The location was convenient, just off the motorway junction, making it easy to find. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was in good condition and the facilities, such as parking and well-lit areas, made me feel safe. Additionally, there was a pub next door, although I personally didn't like it.

The breakfast was disorganized and took longer than expected to arrive.
