From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and at home. Eugene and Clare, the hosts, were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with great recommendations on places to visit and eat, making our first trip to the Lakes unforgettable. The breakfasts were superb, setting us up for the day ahead. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had excellent bathroom facilities. We also appreciated the little touches like the homemade cake and the umbrellas available for our use. The location was perfect, with shops, pubs, and restaurants just a short walk away. we highly recommend staying at The Lakes B And B. It truly made our trip that extra special.

The hosts, Clare and Eugene, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. They went above and beyond, providing little touches like cake, fruit, and a flask to take with us each day. They even gave us cake on the day we left. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. Clare and Eugene gave us great advice about local walks, provided maps, and even lent us a rucksack. The complementary flapjack and lemon cake were delicious.
