Our stay at the Lansdowne was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel welcome and valued. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore the city. We would definitely return to the Lansdowne on our next visit to Northern Ireland. highly recommended.

The complementary water and crisps in the room were a nice touch. the location was spot on, with plenty of free off-street parking. Plus, the live music in the evening was a great way to unwind.

The evening meal was a letdown. the steak tasted like it was cut from a roast and my wife's gluten-free meal was a dry and overcooked chicken breast.

The location of the hotel is perfect for business travelers, being just close enough to the ferry terminal and not far from the city center, with a taxi ride costing approximately £8. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern decor and amenities like an iron and ironing board available on request. The bathrooms are spacious, with rainforest showerheads and Rituals toiletries. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast in the bar area is convenient, and the hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area.

One negative aspect was the lack of a tea tray in the bedroom, which was inconvenient for guests who wanted to enjoy a cup of tea at their own convenience.

I had a delightful stay at a hotel near Belfast harbour. the staff were attentive and the food choices were excellent. the hotel was well-maintained and clean, with a beautiful decor. the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff was exceptional, and they made me feel welcome and valued. I appreciated the efficient service and great value for my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, just close enough to everything without being in the busy city. It was only 5 minutes away from the zoo. The staff quickly resolved a small problem in our room within 10 minutes and without any hassle. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel provided excellent value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The bar had a lively atmosphere, and the cocktails were expertly crafted by knowledgeable bartenders.

This hotel is a fabulous gem tucked away in a quiet area. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are lovely, airy, and clean, with very comfortable beds and a refreshing shower. The attention to detail is impressive, with balloons creating a festive atmosphere, and the added touch of live music in the evenings adds to the overall charm. The hotel's location is perfect - in a quiet neighborhood but still within easy access to all the attractions in the area. And to top it all off, the breakfast includes complimentary Costa coffee, which is simply heavenly.

All was great, no tea/coffee facilities in the room.
