Had a blast on my recent holiday at this Hawaiian resort. The room had stunning views of the ocean and a well-maintained pool. The spacious room was well-kept and clean. It was great to experience authentic Hawaiian cuisine at the on-site restaurant. the location was perfect and in the heart of all the action.

Despite the great location, customer service was lacking. Staff were impolite and lacked any form of friendliness.

As adventurous travelers, we absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont Orchid Gold Floor. The room offered breathtaking views of the pool and ocean, and it was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed dining at Browns Beach Club, where the food was not only delicious but packed with flavors that satisfied our taste buds. One day, we decided to rent a cabana at the lagoon and had a fantastic time. The best part was that snorkeling gear was included, allowing us to explore the underwater world without any extra hassle. We highly recommend this resort and the exclusive Gold Level experience.

Nothing for me.

Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious and unforgettable experience. We indulged in exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness centre, where we enjoyed a full body massage and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and had plenty of sun loungers, which made our stay even more relaxing. The restaurant offered special diet menus and delicious in-room breakfast. The staff provided impeccable service and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and pampering stay.

The only minor issue we had during our stay was the lack of live entertainment in the evenings. Although the leisure/TV room was well-equipped, we would have appreciated some entertainment to add to the overall atmosphere.

The view from the room was amazing, with a beautiful pool and ocean. The room itself was clean and spacious, which was a big plus. The staff were also very friendly and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable.

On the downside, the location was a bit far from the main attractions. It took a while to get to the popular tourist spots, which was a bit inconvenient.
