our second stay here was even better than the first - the room was lovely and the spoons ordering app was a game-changer. the facilities were amazing, the shower had good pressure, and the staff were extremely helpful. the deputy manager went out of his way to help us with confusing parking instructions and even arranged for our luggage to be taken to our room.

The location was great, just a 7-minute walk to the promenade with lots of food options and attractions nearby. The pub downstairs was huge and didn't disturb us at all once we were in our room. I had an exceptional stay at the Last Post Wetherspoon in Southend. The room was modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The central location was perfect for both business and pleasure trips. The pub downstairs created a lively atmosphere with football and boxing on display. The young lady at the hotel reception provided exceptional customer service, making my stay wonderful. The hotel area was surprisingly quiet, despite being located in the town center. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies and sparkling water. it was a great place to meet up with family for a special occasion.
