We got great value for our money at The Leeway. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with stunning views and just a short walk to the beach and town center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

The room I stayed in had a stunning sea view, overlooking Scarborough Castle and the beautiful North Bay. It was stylishly decorated and had a spacious shower. The breakfast options were delicious, and the service was excellent. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the town centre, harbour, and the picturesque Peasholm Park. I had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea and castle. The staff here provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with freshly made dishes. the coffee provided in the room's cafetiere was a nice touch. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the cleanliness of the sheets, duvet, and pillows was impeccable. the shower provided hot water and was clean. the towels were changed daily. the friendly owner and staff were helpful and accommodating. the view from the room was fantastic, overlooking the bay and nearby castle.

The stairs were a bit challenging, especially when carrying luggage. the room size was small, with only one chair for sitting and enjoying the view.

The location of this budget B&B is perfect, as it is right next to the beach and within walking distance of the town centre. The room was comfortable and warm, with great views over North Bay. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The hosts were friendly and provided a delicious breakfast with a lot of care taken in its presentation. The accommodation also offered a communal lounge with a TV and sea views.

Some guests experienced issues with dampness in their cars due to the East Coast climate.
