We got great value for our money at The Leeway. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with stunning views and just a short walk to the beach and town center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The stairs were a bit challenging, especially when carrying luggage. the room size was small, with only one chair for sitting and enjoying the view.

The location of this budget B&B is perfect, as it is right next to the beach and within walking distance of the town centre. The room was comfortable and warm, with great views over North Bay. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The hosts were friendly and provided a delicious breakfast with a lot of care taken in its presentation. The accommodation also offered a communal lounge with a TV and sea views.

Some guests experienced issues with dampness in their cars due to the East Coast climate.

our summer stay at a scarborough hotel was a pleasant surprise. clean rooms, tasty breakfast with homemade treats, and welcoming hosts made our stay unforgettable. leeway exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to go back next year.

Had a wonderful Easter getaway at this cozy hotel by the sea. Room was squeaky clean with comfy beds and had an awesome view of a nearby castle. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh choices to pick from. Also enjoyed the extra personal touch with toiletries and welcome tray. Plus, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, definitely made us feel at home.

Though WiFi was available, it was a bit spotty on the upper floors. Required a re-boot by the owner to resolve, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

One small issue, unrelated to the owners, is guests talking on their mobile phones during breakfast. It would be nice if the owners could kindly request guests to refrain from doing so, for a better dining experience.
