the limes guest house was even better than my previous stay in montrose. kirsty's warm welcome and attention to detail truly stood out. the clean room had everything we needed, from the well-stocked fridge to the fluffy towels in the spotless bathroom. the delicious cooked breakfast and beautiful dining room added to the perfect experience.

The location was perfect, just a short, easy walk to both the town centre and the local beach. We also appreciated the helpful staff, who gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to see nearby.

Recently stayed at The Limes Guest House for a fantastic weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with the town, Montrose Basin, and the beach all within walking distance. The off-road parking was a bonus, and we didn't find exiting the car park to be a problem. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and microwave. The garden was well-kept, and the breakfast was excellent. The sisters running the guest house were lovely and accommodating.
