We had the most amazing romantic escape! The warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved the airy bedroom. It was newly furnished and so comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. it was a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

That the bedroom doors didn't have brackets to slow them when shutting. This caused them to slam shut, creating some noise in the morning when other guests were leaving their rooms.

Stayed here for two nights last weekend to go to the Abergavenny Food Festival. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and well-kept. The menu had a great selection and the bar was reasonably priced. The pub area had a pool table and jukebox and the locals made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a beautiful location with easy parking.

This hidden gem in South Wales was the perfect spot for our New Year getaway! The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. We loved how well-appointed they were, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also ideal, allowing us to easily explore the charming old industrial areas nearby. We had a blast visiting the Big Pit and Steel Works, immersing ourselves in the rich history of the region. Plus, having the convenience of onsite parking was a definite bonus!

While our stay at this lovely inn was mostly fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, which made it slightly uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.
