What an enjoyable Christmas break! We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary chocolates and delicious cakes in our room upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short stroll away from all the major attractions and festive Christmas markets. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the modern and spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, as well as the comfy dressing gowns and slippers provided.

The outdated television was also a small let-down, and the bed was not as clean as we had hoped upon closer inspection. While breakfast was enjoyable, the hotel restaurant left room for improvement.
