I couldn't be happier with the value for money at The Merchant's House, BW Signature Collection. The room was impeccable and I had the best sleep in ages. The central location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us navigate the area.

I recently stayed at The Merchant's House for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring. The staff, from the friendly receptionist to the attentive waitress, were excellent and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The complimentary glass of wine upon arrival was a lovely touch. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with tea making facilities and a thoughtful bottle of water. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the breathtaking cathedral and the bustling central square in Salisbury. The staff were extremely helpful in finding the best parking spots in the neighborhood, and they were keen to ensure everything was good during our stay. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of food options to choose from. Additionally, they provided little chocolates and bottled water in the room, adding a nice touch to our stay.

The check-in process was not seamless and there was some confusion over my credit card details, which required me to return to the reception desk to sort it out.

The Merchant'S House has a fantastic location and friendly staff. The room was spotless with great safety measures. The breakfast selection was excellent and the Masala omelette was delicious. Free car parking, although better directions would have been helpful. a great choice for friends going out at nights.
