I had a great experience staying in a hotel that is located close to many London attractions without being in a busy area. The staff here are exceptional, offering room service, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms are well equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a terrace. The dining options are fantastic with a restaurant serving special diet menus and buffet breakfasts. What impressed me the most was the staff beyond with their service from the front desk to the fellow who recommended a perfect gastropub.

The bar staff, especially Rory, is friendly and skilled in creating delicious drinks like the special gin gimlet. The concierge, Jorge, goes above and beyond, and the manager, James. The decor is unique, lush, and comfortable, with fine fabric-covered walls and luxurious draperies and upholstery. The separate sitting area in the junior suite is a nice touch. The restaurant offers a cozy and romantic atmosphere in the evenings, with good lighting and lovely linen. The sea bass on the menu is outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located near Russell Square, theaters, and the opera house.

The hotel's character and charm added to our overall pleasant experience, and the breakfast was delicious.
