Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh with direct bus and train routes available. the host was accommodating and friendly, with a practical breakfast basket, comfy bed, airy room, and a great shower. One thing that could be improved is the small sink in the en-suite, making it challenging for tasks beyond hand washing. Removing the corner shelf would easily solve this issue.

Every time I come for the weekend, I'm warmly welcomed and they even gave me a hot drink once in the cold. the room has all I need plus Free Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, and an outdoor dining area. It's just perfect for me.

Cons the bathroom sink was a bit of a head, scratcher , too tiny to do any real cleaning. And no kitchen sink or cooking gear might cramp your style for longer stays.
