I had a wonderful stay at Notley Arms Inn in the beautiful village of Monksilver on the edge of Exmoor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the lunch I had before leaving was fantastic. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent, using high-quality local ingredients. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Coleridge way and the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended!

The hosts, Simon and Caroline, were friendly and attentive, offering suggestions for local places to visit. The spacious room had a very comfy bed and the overall value for money was outstanding. The peaceful and idyllic location added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Great location for walking, dog friendly. Owners very welcoming and helpful. Excellent evening meal, good craft beer selection. Superb 'Exmoor' breakfast with thoughtful extras. Friendly and courteous staff.

The location was decent, as we were within walking distance of some picturesque sites. the hotel room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

the hotel's restaurant was overcrowded, and the food served was of very poor quality. It was also quite expensive compared to other restaurants we found nearby.
