We loved our stay at this place! The location is fantastic, right on the harbor and within walking distance to everything. The attached pub downstairs was a great bonus, perfect for a drink in the evening. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Linda on reception. The room was lovely and clean, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities and a great selection of tea and coffee. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus too. we had a wonderful experience here.

We had a fantastic New Year's Day break in a central location with great access to shops, pubs, and lovely walks. the hotel offered a warm welcome and even upgraded our room, giving us a stunning sea and harbor view. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the bustling bar below and had a perfect breakfast in the restaurant. the smoked haddock and poached eggs were cooked to perfection.

Sadly, our experience was marred by a grumpy receptionist who did not make us feel welcome. Our room, located up multiple flights of stairs, had several wonky furnishings, including a falling towel rail.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old harbour. It was great being able to walk everywhere and explore the surrounding area easily. The hotel itself was top-notch, with spacious rooms and stunning views of the boats and beach. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom had a great shower. The breakfast was absolutely huge and delicious, definitely enough to keep us fueled for the day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. we had a fantastic experience here.

the location was perfect, right on the harbor. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, even granting our extra requests. the free upgrade to a superior room with estuary views made our stay even better. everything was clean, the food was good, and we would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is right in the centre of everything, with a perfect location overlooking the harbour. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern shower rooms. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. The view from the rooms is amazing, with a picturesque view of the harbour to wake up to.

The bathroom could use some improvement, with mold on the tiles and shower curtain.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the quay at Padstow. It was so convenient to be able to step out of the hotel and be right in the heart of all the hustle and bustle. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a great view of the harbour. The staff were all lovely and gave excellent service. They even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The amenities in the room were also top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to tea and coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus as well.

Great waterfront location with stunning views. My room, number 8, had a beautiful view of the harbor. Despite the noise from the boats and street, the view was definitely worth it. The shower in the room was fantastic, with a great shower head and high-quality toiletries. The breakfast options were good, with a variety of choices including cooked items. The staff was accommodating and friendly, trying their best to provide a pleasant experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited parking and thin walls, I would still recommend this hotel for its fabulous location and overall positive experience.

I recently had a backpacking adventure in a popular tourist spot in Cornwall. I stumbled upon a quaint hotel that was conveniently located right opposite the quay. The location was superb, with a bustling atmosphere and stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious. The room had a nice view of the harbor and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Despite a few minor issues mentioned by other guests, such as nearby establishments being short-staffed and the difficulty of finding similar hotels in nearby port villages, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable.

There was one aspect of the hotel that was not up to par. The cleanliness of the room was average, as I found a sweet paper behind the bedside table.
