I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hidden gem just off the M74, perfect for my course the next day. The location was convenient, without the need to go into the city center. The room was cozy, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long drive. The staff were friendly and went beyond the call of duty, ensuring a fantastic experience. Breakfast was amazing, and the facilities were faultless.

A minor issue with the positioning of the TV in my room.

The hotel is conveniently located downhill, making it easily accessible for young people. With its clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast, it offers a great experience. The rooms are well-equipped with plenty of power sockets and heavy blackout curtains, ensuring a comfortable and undisturbed stay.

The noise from other guests outside the room can be bothersome at times.

Fabulous staff who were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped with our bags and even arranged a table for dinner. the service at the bar was excellent, with knowledgeable staff who were attentive and friendly.

The only negative point was a squeaky bedroom door, which could have used some WD40. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not hinder our overall experience at the hotel.

just had the best stay in hamilton. second time here, but parkville really exceeded expectations. cozy rooms, amazing food, friendly staff, and safe parking. will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Parkville! The single room was cozy with a surprisingly spacious bed. The restaurant manager went above and beyond when my steak took longer to arrive. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. The bar had a great selection of beer. Safe parking was available on site. We would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed at Parkville and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and style of the hotel. The website definitely undersells it! The location was perfect after a long drive and parking was ridiculously easy. The staff and facilities were faultless, and I had a great experience. Danny, in particular, went above and beyond, helping us with our bags and arranging a table for dinner. Sean, the bartender, was also fantastic, providing excellent service and knowledge about the rums on offer. a very nice stay with excellent and friendly staff.

Stayed here for a romantic escape with my partner. the room we had was spacious, clean and well-facilitated. the breakfast was satisfying, offering warm and fresh-made dishes. the hotel location is near to the central area, so it's a convenient spot to explore the city.
