Excellent value for money, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities. The staff at Victoria Hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us coffee and tea upon arrival and providing helpful advice on nearby restaurants.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with the addition of an applicator pump for the basin handsoap.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the clean and quiet room with a nice view. The owner was friendly, helped with luggage, and provided a garage for bike storage. Breakfast facilities were clean and there was cereal available. The owner even left an Easter treat for us, a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in an excellent location. It is centrally located at the end of the High Street, providing a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with large, comfortable beds. Although there was no on-site restaurant or bar, the hotel provided access to a kitchen and a basic breakfast, including cereal and bread. Additionally, there were plenty of shops, pubs, and eateries within a short walk, making it convenient for meals. it was great value for the price, and we highly recommend it.

The kitchen room felt like home with a great selection of breakfast items and drinks. The owner, Ian, was flexible and accommodating, even though we arrived late. The staff we encountered were amazing and friendly. The hotel's location right in the centre of town was convenient, with several ideal shops nearby, and the bus station was right next to the hotel. We really appreciated the daily cleaning service, and the city view from our room was lovely.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a busy location that was perfect for exploring the local area. Right next to shops, it was convenient for grabbing anything I needed. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the service received from the owner was extremely helpful and kind. I slept well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed the lovely shower. The free Wi-Fi and ample parking were also great amenities.

The noise from the busy location and other guests coming and going during the night was a bit disruptive.
