We recently stayed for Christmas at a charming inn in a beautiful countryside setting. the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, giving us a cozy and relaxing stay. the inn offered a delicious home-cooked meal on Christmas night, which was a wonderful treat.

There were a few areas that could have been improved. the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as we noticed dirty skirting and a stained throw on the bed.

I recently stayed at The Pelican Inn for a short getaway. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. The breakfast was delicious, with hot and freshly made food. I appreciated the bottled water and fresh milk provided in the room. The pub had a beautiful garden and stream, and the food served was some of the best pub grub I've ever had. a fantastic experience.

As a tourist, I loved the excellent pub with a good choice of food and delicious beer. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable. The location was great for exploring other villages and the beautiful countryside. The duck pond added a charming touch to the surroundings. Special mention to Scarlet, who was attentive to our allergy needs.

We also enjoyed the on-site amenities, including the pool and fitness center.

Our overall experience was not without its flaws. the bathroom was outdated and lacked proper ventilation, leaving an unpleasant odor.

our room was lovely and we wished we were staying more than one night! ample parking available, short drive to hungerford, beautiful garden area outside the pub/restaurant.
