The location was great, with a supermarket nearby and the main city centre just a short distance away. It was also convenient being opposite a park and close to Colac lake, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The rooms were newly renovated and modern, offering a clean and comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful motel owner who went above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast menu, delivered to the room with a cheerful good morning, was a pleasant surprise. it exceeded expectations and is worth revisiting.

The positioning of the TV in the room, as it was not possible to sit on a chair while watching it due to a design fault.

During my recent stay at a motel in a country town, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooms, including the ensuite bathroom, seemed to have been recently refurbished with excellent taste. The outside area was also well maintained, with beautiful standard roses in bloom. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing a rack for drying our washing. it was a very pleasant place to stay.

The motel served a delicious breakfast that truly made our Christmas morning special. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The room was small but well-appointed, with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The motel's location next to a grocery store was very convenient for our holiday needs.

Although the room was comfortable, it was a bit cramped and lacked a sitting area. The exterior of the motel could use some updating as it looked a bit tired.
