The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The location was excellent, with cafes, bars, shops, and Edinburgh center all within walking distance. I particularly loved the spaciousness of the flat compared to a hotel room. The communication from the hosts was also top-notch, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. And I must mention the pillows on the bed, they were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place for a cozy and convenient stay in Edinburgh.

We had an amazing stay at the Plywood Flat! the location was excellent, with easy walking access to the city and Haymarket train station. We loved the cozy atmosphere and comfortable amenities, perfect for our family of four. the flat had everything we needed, including a washing machine, which was a great plus. the owners were extremely helpful, providing us with informative recommendations and making us feel at home. Nearby, we also found several supermarkets, as well as a superb Italian restaurant called Mia and a lovely coffee shop called Chapter One. We even conveniently parked our car close by at JustPark. it was a perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Plywood Flat, Modern Style In A Traditional Tenement. the location was excellent, with plenty of cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. It was great to have the extra space compared to a hotel room, especially since we were staying for a few days. the flat was super clean and had everything we needed. the communication from the hosts was top-notch, ensuring that we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. the pillows on the bed were so amazing that we are even ordering some for ourselves!
