The room was spacious with a high ceiling and soothing colors. Polite and friendly hotel staff provided us with extra towels and bathroom amenities. The grade 2 listed building had stunning interior design and original features. The bed was comfortable and the room provided tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel restaurant, Refuge, offered delicious cocktails and sharing plates. The breakfast buffet had a diverse mix of hot and cold food. The bar had great cocktails and a lively atmosphere with a live DJ.

We were really impressed with the value for money at the Kimpton in Manchester. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely touch with the tuck box. The location was perfect for us and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast selection could have been better, especially the hot food which was only warm. Mushy tinned tomatoes and no mushrooms made it feel more like a budget place.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very close to the city centre and within walking distance of the rail station. there was a cheap supermarket nearby, making it convenient for any necessary supplies during the stay.

That the hotel was undergoing refurbishment, which affected the entrance area and changed the overall feel of the hotel.

I recently stayed at Kimpton Clocktower for a show at The Palace Theatre. The location was perfect, just next door! The staff were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was immaculately clean, and the architecture of the building was stunning. I also appreciated the staff's quick response to our request for a fan, which was promptly replaced with an air conditioning unit. Truly amazing!

Our recent business trip was made all the more enjoyable by the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the complementary tea and coffee in the room was a lovely touch, and we also appreciated the free Wi-Fi which helped us keep up with work emails. the hotel's central location meant we were within easy reach of all the main attractions, and we enjoyed exploring the local area during our downtime.

There were a few drawbacks which detracted from our overall experience. the ongoing construction work meant that the hotel was quite noisy and we were woken up early by the noise on several occasions.

The receptionist gave us a fantastic upgrade on our room, which was amazing. The architecture of the hotel is stunning, with a beautiful mix of classic design and industrial furniture. We loved the comfortable velvet chairs and the Minton's tiles throughout. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of all attractions in this city.

the staff provided exceptional service, catering to my every need with a smile. the room was spacious and had many exclusive amenities, including a private balcony with an amazing view of the city. the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The only minor issue I had was with the in-room breakfast, which was not as good as it could have been. the restaurant served exquisite halal food, making up for it.

The hotel is confusing to navigate, felt like being in a maze. Noisy rooms with poor soundproofing, made it difficult to sleep at night.
