Stayed a couple of days for a family dinner. Newly refurbished, comfortable style. Well-fitted bedroom with good coffee and tea facilities. Limited menu but high-quality food. Comfortable bed, great service.

The roll top bath was amazing, and the bed - I’ve never seen a bed so big! The staff were lovely too, so accommodating. The delicious vegan options in the pub downstairs were a definite plus.

I was disappointed there was no hairdryer in the room, and the staff couldn't find an extra one. The noise from the boiler in the room woke us up early in the morning.

The room I booked at The Quay wasn't what I expected, but it turned out to be even better! Instead of the Clawed feet bath, I had a spacious en suite with a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with local produce and a perfect start to the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Tanya who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was also great for visiting family and friends in the area.

There was a mix-up with the room I booked and the toilet leaked during our stay.

The value for money at The Quay was fantastic! The room, especially Room 1, was amazing with a huge bed and a bath in the room. The location in a pretty area was perfect for strolling around, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The breakfast experience could have been better with some improvements needed. The bacon was overcooked and the shared teapot meant the tea was often tepid.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The highlight of our weekend was definitely the food in the restaurant - absolutely delicious and well worth trying!

The noise in the evenings. The band playing in the bar went on longer than advertised and the noise was quite loud in our room.

We had a fantastic evening meal at the restaurant. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered delicious croissants, sausages, and bacon, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the decor was very pleasing. Additionally, the staff who greeted us were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at The Quay. The Attic room was lovely and clean, and the restaurant served one of the best pies I've ever tasted! The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. I also loved the decor in the bar. a great hidden gem that I would definitely return to. Just be aware that the stairs are steep if you have mobility issues.

We loved the friendly welcome and spacious rooms at The Quay. The location next to Faversham Creek and close to historic buildings, shops, and restaurants was perfect for us as low-budget travelers. The staff even provided a locked garage for our bikes, which was greatly appreciated. The delicious breakfast, featuring cereal, croissants, and a cooked plate of our choice, started our day off right. we had an enjoyable experience and give nothing but praise to the staff. Thank you!
