The sea view from our room was absolutely superb and added to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and had a lovely bath, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is ideally located right on the seafront, just down the street from St Anne's Pier. It is also right in the center, making it convenient for exploring the area and dining at the nearby restaurants. The rooms are lovely, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service with friendly and helpful attitudes. The breakfast options are outstanding, with a varied choice on the menu. the location, room quality, service, and breakfast make it a great place to stay.

The Queens Hotel Lytham St Annes is a little gem! The value for money is excellent, especially considering the attention to detail and the amazing location. Situated across a grassy plane, the hotel offers easy access to the coastal walk that can take you into St Anne's or the rest of Lytham. The hotel's proximity to the town's shops, bars, and restaurants is perfect, with wide aisles allowing for easy maneuvering. The basic amenities and rooms are amazing, with beautiful sea views and even a roll top bath with fabulous views over the Green. The staff were always friendly and the breakfast was always very good.

All was great, nothing to improve!

What a fantastic stay! the staff were super friendly and helpful, and always with a smile on their face. the pub/bar had a lovely atmosphere and a stunning view of the promenade, perfect for a morning coffee or breakfast. the full English breakfast was delicious, and the hot drinks were very nice. Our room was cozy, clean, comfortable, and with a contemporary decor. the location was on point, only a couple of minutes away from the promenade and the town center, where we enjoyed some lovely independent shops and restaurants.

We loved the modernized Victorian building with comfortable and well-appointed single rooms. The delicious freshly cooked breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner options, exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's seafront location and proximity to the town center were fantastic. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the availability of suitable meal options.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional. Considering the prices of other hotels in the area, this hotel was a steal! Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. From the well-maintained rooms with a bath in the middle, to the friendly and attentive staff, everything was just perfect. Lastly, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's just down the street from St Anne's Pier, so close to everything and right next to a busy main road - making it easily accessible. Plus, the breakfast with a great view was an added bonus.

The hotel is located next to a very busy main road with no zebra crossing to get to the coast, which can make it difficult and unsafe for pedestrians to access the beach.

I stayed at Queens for one night, and it was a fantastic experience. The central location was convenient, and the room was comfortable. I appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a good shower. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, featuring fresh strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries, along with granola and yogurt. The staff were pleasant and attentive, and the selection of cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurts was lovely. The evening meal was delicious and great value. I loved the cozy double room with its front and side windows.

The room we were assigned was quite small and the shower cubicle was cramped. It was also disappointing that the shower was fixed overhead, leaving no room to escape.
