My friends and I had a great time at this extended stay hotel near Dawes lake. The location was perfect as it was close to everything we wanted to explore. Although the neighborhood seemed a bit run down, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of fantastic Asian restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the cafe downstairs. The breathtaking view from the balcony was an added bonus, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The front desk staff could have been more helpful in resolving issues, such as the malfunctioning keys and the lack of available parking.

We had a blast at this fantastic space! Equipped with all the essentials, including pots, pans, and cutlery, we were able to cook our own meals and even had a dishwasher to save us time. The balcony offered a nice view, and the lack of road noise at night ensured a peaceful sleep. The rooftop setting was a winner, with a hot tub and even a pool table for entertainment. And let's not forget the incredible views from up there! The TV was good, and overall, we just loved the place. We'll definitely book again for our next party.

The location of Liv Extended Stay was incredibly convenient, with a central location near amenities like Bank Street and Whole Foods. The spaciousness of the apartment, along with the comfortable pull-out couch, made our stay comfortable and perfect for a family with kids. Having our own kitchen and balcony were added bonuses, and the dining options in the area were plentiful. The cafe/bar on-site offered good food, friendly service, and well-kept draught beer. Liv Extended Stay delivered a practical and enjoyable experience for our extended stay in Ottawa.

The Christmas period was great with my family here. the apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and free wifi. I appreciated the complementary dish soap and toiletries, as well as the availability of washing machines in the building. Plus, the location was central and close to great shops and restaurants.

While the apartment was heated, the fire alarm was too sensitive to cooking smoke. We had to keep opening the windows, which was not pleasant during the cold weather.
