My friends and I had a great time at this extended stay hotel near Dawes lake. The location was perfect as it was close to everything we wanted to explore. Although the neighborhood seemed a bit run down, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of fantastic Asian restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the cafe downstairs. The breathtaking view from the balcony was an added bonus, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The front desk staff could have been more helpful in resolving issues, such as the malfunctioning keys and the lack of available parking.

We had a blast at this fantastic space! Equipped with all the essentials, including pots, pans, and cutlery, we were able to cook our own meals and even had a dishwasher to save us time. The balcony offered a nice view, and the lack of road noise at night ensured a peaceful sleep. The rooftop setting was a winner, with a hot tub and even a pool table for entertainment. And let's not forget the incredible views from up there! The TV was good, and overall, we just loved the place. We'll definitely book again for our next party.

The location of Liv Extended Stay was incredibly convenient, with a central location near amenities like Bank Street and Whole Foods. Having our own kitchen and balcony were added bonuses, and the dining options in the area were plentiful. The cafe/bar on-site offered good food, friendly service, and well-kept draught beer. The location of the hotel is great as it is close to several good Asian restaurants and tourist attractions. The living area offers a variety of facilities including a gym, laundry room, and a cafe. The view from the penthouse room is beautiful and the size of the room is spacious with comfortable beds.

There were instances of poor communication and disorganization with the front desk staff, which affected the overall experience.

The Christmas period was great with my family here. the apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and free wifi. I appreciated the complementary dish soap and toiletries, as well as the availability of washing machines in the building. Plus, the location was central and close to great shops and restaurants.

While the apartment was heated, the fire alarm was too sensitive to cooking smoke. We had to keep opening the windows, which was not pleasant during the cold weather.

The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby Chinatown and downtown area, both within walking distance.
