the rag house bed & breakfast in upton upon severn once again surpassed my expectations. sue, the hostess, is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. her breakfasts are absolutely delicious. the view of the malvern hills from the bedroom was breathtaking.

Sue and Paul were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and the room had a charming character with modern amenities. The homemade blackcurrant jam at breakfast was a standout, and we appreciated the fresh milk provided for our room. The hosts were helpful and even offered to give us a lift if we needed it.

Felt privileged, nothing was too much trouble.

The location was great, very close to the town center and within walking distance of many attractions. The host was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

There was no en-suite available, which can be a drawback for some guests. , the breakfast was not included, which was a bit disappointing.

Warm welcome, peaceful location, charming house and grounds, lovely breakfast, luxury toiletries, genial hosts.

I got incredible value for my money at Rag House. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the en-suite was fantastic. The location was also great, just a short walk to a picturesque village with river boat rides. But the best part was the staff, Sue and Paul. They were so welcoming and made me feel like part of the family. We had the most lovely conversations over breakfast, and being far from home, it was such a pleasant experience.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

We had a wonderful stay at Sue and Paul's B&B. They were the perfect hosts, making us feel at home and providing excellent service. The room was comfortable and had a charming character, with all the modern amenities we needed. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, especially the homemade blackcurrant jam. The fresh milk in our room was a nice touch. Sue and Paul were always helpful, even offering to arrange transportation if needed. The location was ideal for exploring the Malvern area, with plenty of activities nearby.
