The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location of this hotel is truly amazing, situated in the lovely old village of Heysham in a beautiful area. We enjoyed taking walks and exploring the charming surroundings.

had an amazing date night in heysham and our stay at royal was perfect! the location was charming and the room was clean, cozy, and quiet. staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in an unusual place. The location was ideal and very nice, with stunning walks along the estuary and a quick visit to the remains of St Patrick's Chapel just a five-minute walk away. The staff were brilliant, especially Al, who went above and beyond to return a phone cable and plug we had left in our superb room. The service was excellent, with a warm welcome drink upon arrival and attentive staff throughout our stay. We were also pleased to find that pet amenities were available, making it a great choice if you wanted to bring your furry friend along. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, which was convenient for exploring the local area. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

One small downside was that the room was a bit too hot, even with the window open all night. However, this was quickly forgotten when we enjoyed the superb breakfast served by the impeccable staff.

The location of the hotel is great, easy walking distance to Morecambe Bay and in a lovely old part of the village. the room was comfortable with modern furnishings and a great shower. the breakfast offered a nice range of options and was delicious.

The noise from the bathroom extractor fan was disruptive during the night and despite reporting the issue to the staff, it was not fully resolved. the wait for dinner on a busy night was longer than ideal.

The hotel is ideally located just minutes from the seafront in a picturesque village. We enjoyed exploring the village and admiring the historic church. The sunsets were truly impressive. The room was clean and welcoming, and we appreciated the well-equipped bathroom. The staff were attentive and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, prepared by talented chefs. The free car parking was a bonus.
