The location provided easy access to all of Burford's amenities, and the stunning church next door added a touch of beauty to the surroundings as the sun set. The rooms were well-equipped, with ensuite bath, good facilities, and even an iron and hairdryer. The breakfast, served at 8 or 9 am, offered a variety of vegetables and clearly used high-quality ingredients, rivaling the prices you would find in Oxford.

I recently stayed at The Royal Oak for a peaceful getaway in Burford. The location just off the High St was perfect and the room was spotless with all the necessary amenities. I enjoyed sitting out in the beer garden before dinner and the homemade pie I had was delicious. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was top-notch.
