I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The decor is reminiscent of the Victorian era, with beautifully decorated interiors. The hotel is located right next to the Snowdon mountain railways and is well connected to all the attractions in Snowdonia. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the chefs even prepared a special meal for me without onion and garlic. The location is perfect for exploring the fascinating mountains and spending quality family time. The restaurant cuisine was amazing and the service throughout the hotel was fantastic. The view from the window was breathtaking, with trees leading all the way to the mountains and Lake Padarn in the front garden. It's worth mentioning that Dolbadarn Castle sits at the edge of the hotel grounds, offering great photo opportunities.

Great value for money with a good size, comfortable bed and stunning views of Snowdon. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions we had planned. The staff provided excellent service, basic amenities were available, and breakfast with toast and coffee was included in our rate. Our room had a beautiful view over the gardens and had a bath which was lovely.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions that Llanberis has to offer. We were able to walk to everything, including the Snowdon railway, which was a huge plus. The rooms with a garden view were lovely and provided a tranquil setting for our stay. The basic amenities were all there, and we especially enjoyed the excellent view of a peak from our room. The breakfast, which came included with our stay, was simply amazing. We loved the view over the gardens and the fact that all the food was locally sourced. Starting our day with a delicious breakfast of toast and coffee made us feel ready for all the activities we had planned.

Breakfast is a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options. The hotel also offers convenient amenities such as tea and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, iron, fan, and heater in each room.

One downside is the inconsistent wifi throughout the hotel and grounds.

During my recent stay at the Royal Victoria Hotel Snowdonia, I was thrilled with the convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the Llanberis path. Being so close to the Snowdonia railway and having direct access to the small railway and the beautiful lake was a major plus. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to my day.
