The location of the hotel is excellent, close to all attractions but far enough away from the noise of the town. The tram and bus service is available very close by, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is outstanding, with a full English breakfast prepared using good ingredients. The hotel offers magnificent views overlooking the sea, adding to the overall charm of the stay.

There was one minor downside, the frosted glass window in the rear bedroom on the first floor with twin beds. It would be advisable to request a double bed with a sea view for a more pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the town centre and right on the seafront. The tram stop outside the hotel is really handy for getting into the centre or you can take a decent walk to the main attractions. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the staff are lovely and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the bar inside the hotel is a nice bonus. it is a great value for money option for families and couples alike.

The staff were accommodating and provided extra towels and toiletries upon request.

The communal areas were recently refurbished and looked really nice. They had a great breakfast selection, which was a perfect start to the day.

There was very little space between the beds and the wall, which made it uncomfortable to get in and out. the shower curtain wasn't long enough or waterproof, resulting in a soaked bathroom floor after every shower.

Excellent hotel. Clean, comfy rooms with Seaview. Fantastic hosts Kay & Adrian. Brilliant breakfast, cheerful waitress. Great value for money, will definitely return and recommend.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the centre of Blackpool, making it easy to get to where we needed to be. The heating in the room could have been better as it was quite cold. there was no wardrobe, just an open cupboard, which made it difficult to store our clothes properly.

The hotel was extremely clean, with hand sanitizer available upon entry. The breakfast provided was delicious and well-cooked. Additionally, the location of the hotel was conveniently situated at the end of the north shore, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

It was initially disappointing that takeaways were not allowed, but I later realized it was for the benefit of everyone's well-being and to maintain cleanliness. However, this may be seen as a downside for those who prefer the convenience of bringing in their own meals.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Blackpool. First of all, the location was perfect – right on the North shore, just steps away from the beach and right beside a tram stop, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with some even offering stunning sea views. And the breakfast.wow! They had a great selection and even catered to children, serving up delicious pancakes with chocolate spread. It was truly a delightful experience.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.
