I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Folkestone and I had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient for both the town and the promenade, making it easy for me to explore the area. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They provided excellent service, including room service and housekeeping. I was even welcomed with a complimentary drink upon arrival. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a terrace and garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room had all the necessary amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I visit this area.

Great sea view, spacious room, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Fresh coffee, biscuits, and juice provided. Restaurant closed, but menu available in the bar. Enjoyed the cod with dill sauce and samphire. Lovely touch with take away coffee and croissants for early departure.

The hotel is located just outside of the centre, which is perfect for taking a leisurely walk along the beach to the town centre. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, as it is situated right on the cliff top overlooking the coast in this charming seaside town. The rooms are spacious and bright, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start your day off right.

The drinks at the bar are quite expensive.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views over The Leas from the bar and private Clifton Gardens from the dining room. Guests can enjoy eating and drinking outside, taking in the natural surroundings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped en suite bathrooms. The staff provide friendly and helpful service, even during the current health situation. The breakfast options are varied and of high quality, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Guests can also access the seafront and adventure playground via the zigzag path.

Limited parking options resulted in guests having to park in a car park located 1/3 of a mile away, requiring them to carry their luggage back and forth.

We recently stayed at the conveniently located hotel in Folkestone for our Eurotunnel crossing. Despite the minor issues of not having herbal teas in the room and a bit more sugar, our stay was comfortable. The room was well-decorated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service. We enjoyed spending evenings at the Cliffs bar, where we were entertained by a brilliant singer. The hotel's proximity to the Lees grass offered plenty of options for eating and drinking in the area.

The hotel is very clean and has excellent facilities. The parking is convenient and there is easy access to transportation. The location is right next to the seafront and right on the cliff top. It is so close to the sea and in an area called "The Leas". The breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is great, with an adventure playground and boardwalk just a short walk away. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. The food was also of high quality, with a good breakfast selection.

The rates and billing system could be improved, as some guests felt they were overcharged for additional services.

Had a great Xmas experience at this hotel! The complimentary drinks on arrival were a nice touch and the Christmas decorations made it feel very festive. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable and we slept really well.

The heating in the room was a bit temperamental and the room was either too warm or too cold. , the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in variety and could have been better.
