I recently stayed at the Saltoun Inn for a short getaway. The room was wonderfully clean and had a modern, cozy vibe. The en-suite with a walk-in shower was spacious and convenient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were genuinely friendly. Despite its location above a pub, the room was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast served at Weatherspoons was excellent value, with unlimited tea or coffee refills for 99p and a delicious breakfast roll for £2.69.

Would recommend this hotel.

The room, although on the small side, was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. The inn itself had a lovely atmosphere, with a clean bar and value for money food. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being busy and understaffed, the team managed to multitask effectively and nothing was too much of a problem. The breakfast was also great, and the hotel provided facilities such as a kettle, coffee, tea, hairdryer. The location was perfect, close to the Kintair lighthouse, castle museum, and right in the town center. this hotel was family-friendly and had a cozy lounge and dining area.

Stayed here for a city trip. Pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-designed room, complete with comfortable bed, desk, and cozy seating area. the luxury bathroom was a nice touch. the location in the center square of town was perfect, with parking available right in front. the value for money was exceptional, with affordable menu options and cheap drinks at the bar. Appreciated the private corridor in front of the elevator, which added to the feeling of privacy.

Served on a cold plate, the bacon was cold and the eggs lukewarm by the time I finished eating. having to collect tea and coffee from the bar area was a bit inconvenient.

Just had a lovely stay at a beautiful old building in the centre of town. the room on the top floor was spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable window seats in alcoves. the bed was incredibly comfortable with good quality linens. the bathroom was large and modern, with a huge walk-in shower. the tea and coffee selection, along with hot chocolate and biscuits, was a nice touch. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room offered exceptional value for money.
