The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly and always willing to help with any request I had. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the fast and free wifi, which allowed me to stay connected during my trip. The location of the hotel was convenient for my needs and I felt safe and secure during my stay.

The only downside I experienced was the noise coming from the hallway. Despite requesting a quiet room, I could still hear people passing by outside.

Very friendly staff, good price, and close location to the main old town area. The woman's only dorm was well-maintained and had a nice view of the city from the kitchen balcony. The hostel had a well-stocked kitchen, daily cleaning, powerful showers, free lockable underbed storage, and a plug socket close to the bed. The location was very accessible to the old downtown with many pubs, restaurants, and music venues.

The hotel is located in an area that may not be ideal for everyone, as it is situated in an industrial area with many parked trucks nearby. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location is inviting and laid out nicely, with a mix of residential new neighborhoods and "Main Street Style" commercial areas nearby. It was also conveniently close to Dick's Sporting Arena, which was a bonus for us. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and attended to. The basic amenities were all there, and the room was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group. it was just what we expected from a hotel like this.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely balcony, which was a great bonus. the location was also convenient as it was close to the main highway and interstate, but far enough away to be quiet.

The access to the hotel was a bit confusing, and I missed the turn even though I had been there before. Also, I had to wait outside in the cold for about 10 minutes because the desk clerk was managing entry into the hotel.
