I had such a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect - right on the promenade just past the harbour. The views from the dining room were breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a chic seaside feel to it. The owner had thought of everything, making sure every little detail was taken care of. The service from the housekeeping staff was excellent, keeping the room impeccably clean and providing all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the efficient heating system, ensuring that I was warm and cozy throughout my stay. The dining options at the restaurant were truly exceptional, with both breakfast and dinner exceeding my expectations. The bar/lounge area was lively and the live music on Saturday night added to the already fantastic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a truly memorable experience.

I can't fault this hotel! The room was great, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing lounge that had a marvelous view over the bay. The atmosphere was just right, thanks to the good choice of background music. The decor was quirky and interesting, adding a unique touch to the whole experience. The location was spot on, being right next to the beach. The staff, especially Emily, were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel reception staff were rarely available, but the bar and restaurant staff made up for it with their friendliness and helpfulness. The room was a bit smallish and lacking some of the details and extras expected at this price point.

Just returned from a weekend at a beautifully decorated hotel in St Mawes. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with stunning views across the estuary. The local crab and prawn, tomato and fennel soup were mouthwatering. A perfect end to our weekend away, we will definitely be returning.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot to enjoy the stunning beauty of the nearby church. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The staff were very attentive and accommodating when it came to our needs. Moreover, the food was delicious and mouth-watering.

There was no fridge in the room that made storing our snacks and medicines a bit difficult. Also, the lack of dedicated parking was a bit of a hassle.
