The hotel had a great location, just outside of town, making it convenient to explore the area. It was also next to a pub, which was a bonus for grabbing food or drinks. the new build lodge was comparable to a Premier Inn, offering clean and comfortable rooms.

While the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, we had a negative experience at the pub. the staff there was rude, separating us from our friends even though government guidelines allowed us to sit together.

The restaurant served good quality food and the service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the delicious pancakes for breakfast.
