I had a great two-night stay at The Steppes. The hosts, Lin and Martin, were very welcoming and prepared a lovely healthy breakfast each day in their beautiful kitchen. The accommodation was spacious and the ensuite shower room was great. I loved the separate entrance and quiet surroundings in the grounds of their thatched cottage. The proximity to Hereford's center was convenient, and Lin's self-made soft furnishings were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

The holiday cottages we stayed at were absolutely lovely. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to modern shops and restaurants. Our room, The Blue Room, was separate from the main house, providing privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The beds and towels were of high quality, and the en-suite bathroom was clean with a hot shower. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. the accommodation was comfortable, well-presented, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly.

The WiFi signal in our room was quite weak, but it didn't cause any major issues for us.

The owners were a bit distant and not very warm, and seemed only polite when we asked for something. , we experienced quite a bit of noise from the neighboring chalet, especially through the toilet and conversations.

The hosts were superb, very understanding, and the breakfast was super delicious. We even had the opportunity to hear about the history of a 500-year-old thatched cottage. It was a delightful experience overall.
