The breakfast options were well-prepared and tasted like they came from a casual restaurant. Additionally, the staff was helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us in finding a lost item and offering to have it shipped back to us if found.

As a gluten-free guest, the limited offerings did not cater to my needs, and the fruit cup provided was past its prime. Furthermore, the walls in the rooms were extremely thin, allowing for noise to easily penetrate from the parking lot and neighboring rooms.

The rooms at this hotel were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and there were full-sized pillows. The bathroom was in good working order. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was right on the main road and easy to find. It was also close to the Painted Hills, which was a great attraction to visit. One of the best aspects of my stay was the breakfast.

The internet speed at the hotel was brutally slow, which was a bit frustrating when I needed to use it. I also noticed that some of the sheets looked a bit gray, although they were clean.

The pool and spa were pristine, providing a relaxing and clean environment. The updated and spotless room layout exceeded my expectations. The respectful and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience. Having my car parked conveniently outside the room's door was a great convenience. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including delicious biscuits and gravy.

We had a great experience at Best Western Prineville. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The hot tub and swimming pool were a nice bonus after a long day exploring. The staff was friendly and the breakfast choices were good. I would recommend this hotel.
