The room was nicely finished and clean, which was great. The bed was comfortable and the room had a pleasant temperature. The staff and hosts were friendly, which added to the positive atmosphere.

The room was too close to the pub's smoking area, so I had to keep the windows closed to avoid the noise. the creaking floorboards above my room were very noisy, especially in the early hours of the morning.

The location was perfect for our visit to Harper Adams University, and the atmosphere in the pub was lively without disturbing our rest. I also really appreciated the staff's help in finding a nearby restaurant and their warm welcome to our dog. The off-street parking and private entrance were a bonus, and the complimentary dog treats and bowls were a lovely touch. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. The hosts and their children were friendly and welcoming. The pub had a great selection of beer and cider. The hotel is conveniently located near Harper Adams University, making it a perfect choice for visitors. the little touches like Avon products and ample tea and coffee supplies were a nice extra touch.

One small issue was that the shower head holder was cracked, so it wouldn't stay in place. Another downside was that the room could get slightly noisy, especially being on the ground floor near the pub's smoking area.

I recently stayed at The Swan Inn in Newport and had a fantastic experience. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with the concert venue right next door. great value for money with friendly and efficient staff.

The pub is in a great location, right by the canal and in the centre of town, making it convenient to explore Newport. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room, although small, had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower and was well-maintained. We also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary bowls, treats, and dog shampoo for our furry friend. The outdoor seating area was a nice spot to relax and enjoy a drink. a pleasant experience.
