I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location right on the river with lovely views was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Chris and Mandy. The service at this place was top-notch, and the breakfast they served was substantial with a great choice of options. I also loved the fact that they provided a car park pass, so parking was free throughout my stay. The room I stayed in, Rose, was large and clean, and the four-poster bed was incredibly comfortable. Plus, they even had bottled water and fresh milk in the fridge, a nice touch!

Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Mug House Inn! The location right by the river in Bewdley was fabulous, and the nearby free parking was a great bonus. The staff were extremely attentive, and the breakfast the next morning was excellent. The room we were allocated was perfect for our stopover, and the bed was really comfortable. The restaurant had a great selection of food, and the lunch menu was amazing. We even got to enjoy our meal by the riverside in the sunshine. Highly recommended for a short stay!

The location of this inn is perfect, as it is right next to the river and offers a beautiful view. it is conveniently located in the center of town, close to all amenities. The rooms are comfortable and come with a fridge stocked with chilled water and biscuits. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service.

The location of this riverside inn was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the river and being next to the pub added to the charm. It was also conveniently close to the town center. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a fridge, bottled water, and fresh milk. The staff were friendly and provided good service. Breakfast in the pub was delicious.

Some maintenance issues were reported, such as a broken shower arm and loose drawer fronts, which could have been checked before our arrival.

The value for money was excellent, and the room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and modernly furnished. The location was very convenient, with the main High Street just around the corner, and the staff at the Inn were friendly and welcoming.

I had a lovely one-night stay at The Mug House Inn. The "Rose" room was excellent, with a superb bed and a nice view over the river Severn. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the overall experience was very nice. The location is great, with fantastic views over the Severn River. Parking was convenient and the room was spacious with good wifi. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The property has its own style and is well maintained.

We had a great time staying in a cozy, warm room with a lovely, big comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to the public car park and just across from the river.

The outside eating area around the back gave the appearance of being a bit dingy, so we opted to eat inside instead.
