The Swan in Thornbury was a delightful place to stay. The staff, including the lovely lady who runs the ship, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They even went out of their way to allow us to check in early for a wedding nearby. The room had everything we needed and more, and the full English breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this quirky pub. the rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a unique charm. the staff, including the manageress Sandra and the housekeeper Sue, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the gentleman at the bar/reception was incredibly helpful as well. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, and bottles of water provided in the room. the breakfast was delicious and overall, the value for money was exceptional. We would definitely stay at Swan again.

I had an amazing stay in a fantastic pub in the centre of town. The location was perfect, just down the road from the bus stop, making it super convenient for me to explore the area. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-presented, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. I had a wonderful experience.

The view from the room was stunning, and I enjoyed the facilities and advantages provided by the hotel.

I did notice a slight issue with the heating in the skittle alley, which made it quite cold during the game.
