Great location near Russell Square, and breakfast was quite decent! The staff were friendly and accommodating, a real plus for any traveler.

But the beds felt worn out! Also, the distance from the nearest tube station made it inconvenient at times.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of quality options.

My stay was marred by uncomfortable room conditions. The lack of ventilation made the room stuffy, and the inability to open the windows contributed to an oppressive atmosphere. I also received an overwhelming number of messages regarding the check-in process, which felt intrusive and unnecessary.

Some facilities feel outdated!!! The lift system can be frustratingly illogical!!! Limited power outlets and cramped desk arrangements can hinder productivity!!! Hot water issues need to be addressed!!! Rooms could use a refresh!!!

as someone who deserves the best, i expected some complimentary drinks or at least a room upgrade for my troubles. i just couldn’t justify recommending such an average place.
