The resort had breathtaking views of the surrounding area, especially the beautiful beach and bay. the landscaping and fountains added to the overall aesthetic appeal of the resort. the golf course on the premises was well-maintained and provided a great opportunity for golf enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite sport.

The restaurant at the resort was a major disappointment. the lack of attention to detail was evident, with the limited menu options and subpar execution of the dishes.

The beautiful landscape and gardens of the resort gave it a charming Mexican feel. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge, security box, and coffee machine. - the beach was well groomed and the pool was well kept, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel staff was lacking in customer service, with little attempt to resolve issues such as flooded rooms or provide compensation. The condition of the water sports gear was poor, detracting from the experience of using the equipment.

The balcony views were breathtaking, commanding a view of the entire beach. The location was amazing, right on the beach, with the opportunity to spot dolphins while paddleboarding. The bed was king-size and the shower was amazing. The grounds were well-kept and provided a beautiful outlook over the bay.

The location is perfect, just 10 mins away from the airport. Renting a car is recommended. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The lobby made car rental easy and quick. The hotel is clean and the staff takes pride in maintaining it. The beachfront location is unbeatable. The hotel has great security and we felt safe leaving our belongings on the beach. Free use of kayaks and paddle boards for the first hour. Luis at the bar makes great drinks with a smile.

The beach at this hotel was very nice and we enjoyed using the complimentary water sports equipment. the pool bar and restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the prices were fair.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, which was particularly frustrating since I had to work during my stay. the hotel could also use some updates, such as better lighting and more comfortable beds.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! As low-budget travelers, we were delighted to find that the facilities were excellent for the price. The private beach was even better than we remembered, and the ocean view from our room was incredible. The location was perfect for water activities and exploring the bay and nearby islands. We also enjoyed the day trip to the San Javier mission, which was both beautiful and easily accessible. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort.

The views were stunning, from sunrise to sunset, with the Bay changing from placid waters to white cap surf. The hotel grounds were well taken care of and the pool and beach were nice, with easy access to food and drinks. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. We loved the real coffee pot in the room. The staff, including German Flores Lopez, Frank Mora, Lizbeth Valle, and Eva at the front desk, were exceptional in their care and attention. This hotel is truly a paradise, perfect for weddings or family gatherings. We will definitely be coming back.
