My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and nicely arranged, exceeding my expectations. The staff provided excellent customer service and were really helpful at the front desk. I also appreciated the included breakfast, which had a good selection of food and drinks. this hotel provided great value for money.

The hotel had a great location, close to the Baker Theater where we attended a comedy concert. the check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. the morning breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

The bar experience was disappointing. the bartender was rude and unhelpful, and the bar itself was dirty and messy.

Nice and clean hotel with comfortable, soft bed. Lounge and fitness room available. Breakfast was wonderful with friendly staff. Big room with great decor and couch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and a separate shower and lavatory rooms. The sliding doors in the room saved space and made it feel more spacious. The hotel facilities were great, with an inviting lounge area in the lobby and a spacious gym. We loved the pool and hot tub, both equipped with lifts. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was next to the airport and situated in a quiet neighborhood.

My recent stay at Springhill Suites was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to all the action but still quiet. The hospitality of the staff, particularly Josie at the front desk, made me feel like I was on a true vacation. The beds were comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the delicious cocktails served by Matthew at the bar. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway.

If I had to mention a minor drawback, I would say that the pool water was a bit cold. Additionally, the food at breakfast, especially the waffles and egg bite muffins, was a bit dry and stale.

Good food for late arrival, excellent shared amenities including morning "goodie bag" and breakfast items for early departure, and the courtesy of a late check out. Housekeeping was average with no items missing. Friendly staff, nice and quiet with a locked parking garage. Loved the swimming pool, and great location near parks. Stayed for 15 nights, exceptional!
