I stayed at Throckmorton for a short business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I had a prompt early breakfast. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. Parking was easy and free, and the overall experience was fantastic.

The outside seating area at the rear of the pub is beautifully illuminated, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable with extra pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. The breakfast options are excellent, with freshly cooked dishes and quality ingredients.

The thin walls in some rooms could be a minor inconvenience, as noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.

Recently stayed at The Throckmorton for a weekend getaway. The room had a good-sized TV and a comfortable medium firm bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. The highlight was the delicious hot and freshly cooked breakfast. The staff were amazing, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic with credit to the chef for the unbelievable food. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Had a great time on my recent city break! the room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, and it was great to have a comfortable bed to fall into at the end of a long day. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was a lifesaver when I needed to check directions or plan my itinerary on the go.

I did experience some noise from the nearby road during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room was quite small and could have benefited from being a bit more spacious.
